(1) Products and Pricing
ALL-STAR Publishing make every effort to ensure that the prices and
descriptions are correct. Products, information and prices listed on the
website are subjected to changes without prior notice. While we take great
care to ensure accuracy of these prices, we cannot be held liable for any
pricing errors.
(2) Exchange Policy
ALL-STAR Publishing may allow exchange of products purchased from the online
shop only if they suffer from any manufacturing defect and are made within
seven (7) working days of your receipt of items ordered. The products must be
returned in new, unused condition and accompanied by the purchase receipt.
Exchanges are not valid for cash.
(3) Returns Policy
We do not accept any returns. All goods sold are not returnable.
(4) Rights
ALL-STAR Publishing reserves the right to refuse entry of any shopper to the
online shop and/or to suspend/terminate their entry to the online shop for any
reasons whatsoever.
(5) Liability
ALL-STAR Publishing shall not be liable for any unauthorised purchases by
third parties made with/without the knowledge of shoppers through the online
shop.

(1) What forms of payment are acceptable?
The following payment are acceptable:

(2) Why is there need to charge postage fee for each set ordered?
Order is delivered by Sing Post to your address mailbox.
Due to weight & size requirement specified by Sing Post or mailbox delivery,
each set need to be packed individually and delivered separately. Postage fee
hence is applied to each set ordered.
(3) How long does it take to process my orders?
We processed your order immediately once you have done a placement.
Once the funds are received, the order will be posted immediately via Sing
Post.
It takes typically 4-5 days for Sing Post to deliver the items to your
mailbox.
